Only users with the necessary basic information can import into the portal, that is, a proper ID and a password. Verify these informations in your Dash (desktop version), then try importing again.
Teacher user: verify the problematic teacher has an email and an initial password
Student user: verify the problematic student permanent code has the first 10 digits, and that this student has an inital password
Parent user: verify the problematic parent has an email and an initial password
Log to the portal with your admin account and go to the Dashboard page.
In the section " Delete conversations ", enter the required date range, then click " Submit ".
The dash portal synchronizes in about 5 minute with the desktop database. If that is not quick enough, you can connect to the portal as an administrator and go to the Dashboard. There, click on " Clear the cache ".
